Good Game Cafe Kids Day Camp Terms and Conditions By registering a child for the Good Game Cafe Kids Day Camp, the parent or legal guardian agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Registration and Participation All participants must be registered by a parent or legal guardian prior to attending camp. Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate emergency contact information and notifying Good Game Cafe of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or special needs.

2. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability Participation in camp activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, and other accidental injuries. The parent or legal guardian understands and accepts these risks on behalf of their child. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Game Cafe, its owners, employees, volunteers, and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or accident that may occur during participation in the camp or while on the premises. The parent or legal guardian releases and holds harmless Good Game Cafe from any claims arising out of or related to the child's participation in camp activities, except where prohibited by applicable law.

3. Camp Hours, Drop-Off, and Pick-Up Camp begins each day at 10:30 AM. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that participants are dropped off no earlier than the designated start time unless otherwise approved by Good Game Cafe staff. Camp ends each day at 4:00 PM. Parents/guardians are responsible for promptly picking up participants at the conclusion of camp. Only authorized individuals designated by the parent or legal guardian may pick up a participant. Good Game Cafe is not responsible for the supervision of participants before 10:30 AM or after 4:00 PM unless prior arrangements have been made. Repeated late pick-ups may result in additional fees or removal from future camp sessions at the discretion of Good Game Cafe.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy A full refund is available for cancellations made at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled camp session. Cancellations made less than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled camp session are eligible for a fifty percent (50%) refund of the ticket price. No refunds will be issued for missed camp days, late arrivals, or early departures.

5. Food and Snacks Parents/guardians agree to provide a packed lunch for their child each day of camp, or provide their child with sufficient funds to purchase food, snacks, and beverages available at Good Game Cafe. Good Game Cafe is not responsible for providing meals unless specifically stated otherwise. Parents/guardians are responsible for informing camp staff of any food allergies or dietary restrictions.

6. Behavior and Conduct Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other campers, and property. Good Game Cafe reserves the right to remove a participant from camp for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior. Refunds in such cases will be at the sole discretion of Good Game Cafe.

7. Emergency Medical Care In the event of an emergency, Good Game Cafe may seek medical treatment for a participant if a parent or guardian cannot be reached immediately. Any medical expenses incurred shall be the responsibility of the parent or legal guardian.
