Welcome to Good Game Cafe! We have a library of over 900 board games that can be played and accessed with a day pass. We also have games for sale and snacks for sale including a full espresso bar and ice cream by the scoop.

Day Passes are good all day! Feel free to leave and come back. Each person needs a day pass. The passes are $10 standard, $8 student, or Free for members. Ask about party passes, or a 10-pass punch card!

  • We are open:

    Wed - noon to 10:30+

    Thu - noon to 10:30+

    Fri - noon to 12:00+

    Sat - noon to 12:00+

    Sun - noon to 10:30+

    The “+”means we’ll stay open to 2am on Friday/Saturday or Midnight the other nights if folks are playing games! Feel free to call to ask.

  • We are serving everything from Peruvian Empanadas to Dino Nuggets. Check out our menu on our home page. We also have packaged foods, a full espresso bar that stays open until we close and ice cream by the scoop!

    Despite all the options, we also allow outside food and drink since we understand that we are a limited kitchen.

  • We have a BYOB license that allows you to bring beer and wine from home and drink at the cafe after 4pm. All alcohol brought to the cafe must be checked in at the counter before consumption.

  • Feel free to come on your own. Check our calendar for special events for new group meetups. Open Table nights are the perfect time to come to come on your own! Joining with strangers isn’t always possible but we have several solo play games.

  • We offer a range of themed nights, events, and workshops at the cafe. The play space is still open while activities happen. Feel free to use our play library and skip any activities.

    Themed Nights - Activities marked with the ♣ are Themed Nights. These do not have any additional cost are not a programmed or ‘run’ activity. Folks can show up and enjoy. There is usually no structure, hard start time, or signup required. These include Open Table Nights and Low Sensory Afternoon, and Drop-in Commander.

    Events - Activities marked with the ♥ are Events. These are free for standard members but is not included in a basic membership. Events are programmed or run by a person who is paid to make the activity happen. These include our Cribbage Night and Blood on the Clocktower.

    Workshops - Activities marked with ♣ are Workshops. These have a cost associated with the extra materials needed to run the activity. They are not included in a membership (though often discounted). These include our Desert Hobbit Crafts and D&D One-Shots.
